AGENDA 2030
As we move into an uncertain future, we all have to focus on how we create a sustainable eco system on this small blue and green planet – so that we can keep it deep blue and luscious green.
Maybe we can’t do everything, but we can all do something. Linked to Agenda 2030 Samhub have identified a few focus areas together with Almis Framtidsgeneratorn.

Our focus areas
We have identified the following areas as parts of Agenda 2030 that we already focus on or as areas where we can improve. These are an active part of our long term strategies.
Protect the fundamental freedoms
We believe that personal integrity is a fundamental right for any open and democratic society. We continuously work to protect and improve it through innovative and mindful technology.
Increase the share of renewable energy
By being responsible purchasers we can influence our providers and actively select providers that focus on renewable energy sources and becoming climate neutral.
Promote economic productivity
We want to make our societies more productive through inovation and improving existing technologies. We want aim to challenge existing business models and make our clients more productive through the software we provide.
Education for a sustainable global citizenship
By developing technologies that protect the individual integrity, and by spreading the knowledge and awareness actively we contribute to create a global culture that is mindful of the fundamental rights to privacy.
Sharing knowledge and innovation
Sharing is caring and at Samhub we care about our fellow men, women and children. We do this by encouraging common solutions that are scalable and innovative in terms of resource allocation, privacy & integrity as well as building the global knowledge.
Encourage sustainable methods
We believe in leading by example. We share resources in our daily business, and actively communicate this to partners and clients. We share office spaces, car pools and prioritize eco friendly traveling.
How will we do it?
Protect fundamental freedoms
We have built our platform on the principle of “Privacy by design”. We do not hold any personal information in clear text, unless explicitly request by our clients.
We product develop with the integrity of the individual in mind. As our services develop we ask ourselves: Can we do better? Push the boundaries. How has it been done before? Has all the data stored been necessary? We can save both resources and exposure of information by rethinking and by innovating.
We keep this at the forefront in all our strategies going forward. We are a good way on our way, but we can do even more.
Promote economic productivity
Our services are designed to make businesses more productive. Lessen the space between seller and buyer of media. Increase efficiency and become less dependent on external resources.
Through automation and technology we make our clients smarter, faster and more successful. We believe that data, insights and understanding is not only for the big and already successful. It is for all, large or small. Established or Start-up.
This is a part of our business model and offer to the market. We WILL get a black belt in this.
Share knowledge & innovation
We strive to establish new standards when it comes to how information is stored, shared and maintained.
Sometimes we share the details, sometimes the concepts and sometimes the direction. We are after all a commercial business operating in a highly competitive market. We want to do more, without exposing our intellectual property. It is a fine line but we will try to walk it.
Educate for a global citizenship
By leading the way of what is possible and still keeping the integrity of the individual in mind we can lead by example. Because an infringement on the integrity of one market or country is an infringement on the global collective.
We will try to share even more, become an active player in this space and do our very best to influence others to follow.
Encourage sustainable methods
We share resources with others. Our office spaces are shared with others. We have car pools instead of company cars. We select trains before planes when possible. Consciously.
We share this mindset publicly in the hopes that others will follow. But we can do more.
Increase renewable energy
We have chosen providers that have the common goal of 100% renewable energy resources. We will keep doing this.
Next steps are to quantify our contribution, how far we have come and ask the hard questions of our suppliers.
Responsible Business Policy
Samhub AB, org.no 556684-3610 is dedicated to maintaining a responsible business and business model. We view the following areas as key in order to have maintain a responsible business:

Legal
Samhub is dedicated to working proactively against corruption in any and all forms. We do not allow for any deals or agreements that are made to create private gains for any employees or management, nor do we allow for any unlawful agreements that are not compliant with Swedish or European legislation.
Environment
Samhub is aware of the global challenges that face the entire population of our planet. Our goal is to only use the resources required to drive our business and minimize waste and unnecessary use of resources.
When possible we prioritize “green” alternatives for travel and use online meeting before physical meetings (that require travel) whenever possible.
We use on-demand services such as Voi, Lime GO, M or public transportation whenever possible.
We use cloud services that easily scale up and down as our business grows and prioritize providers that have environmental goals that aim to reduce carbon emissions.
Health
Samhub considers the personal health of our personnel to consist of Physical Health, Mental Health and Social Health. Samhub strives to work towards all these health aspects and work to promote them for both our staff and customers.
Physical Health is the physical well-being of the individual and is generally the combination of medical status, activity, rest and nutrition. Our goal is to promote all these aspects of the physical health and work to increase the understanding of the importance of these aspects so that our personnel.
Mental Health is the mental or emotional well-being of the individual and in our fast paced and stressful world of sensory overload this aspect is more important than ever. Samhub acknowledges that we all carry a legacy from both childhood and adulthood that can affect us later in life, as well as the risk of new emotional trauma from a stressful work life. We are dedicated to work proactively to prevent new traumas and help alleviate old traumas that affect our personnel.
Social Health is the well-being we get from existing in a social context, interacting with others in a friendly and positive way as well as being acknowledged for who we are and what we contribute with. Samhub will strive to provide an environment where these needs are taken care of and work to prevent situations that are detrimental to these needs.
Workforce
A healthy and productive workforce is a workforce that is diverse, respectful and mindful.
Diversity means that we at Samhub strive to promote a mix of ethnicity, gender and culture. Because diverse companies perform better, creates a healthier company culture and contributes to a more inclusive society.
Respectful means that we respect every individual’s right to their sexuality, religion and self-image. It also means that we do not discriminate based on these self-evident rights, and we work to prevent any behavior within the company that impacts these rights negatively.
Mindful means that we do not police or control the individual freedom of speech, freedom of expression or individual integrity. We work to promote these things as a way to contribute to a more transparent and open society where these freedoms are fundamental building blocks.
Samhub strongly opposes any form of forced labor or child labor and will not use any suppliers that is shown to use such work forces. We also strive to maintain a fair livable salary policy where no provider that pays below minimum wage in the local area of business will be contracted or used.
Particularly the rights of children are especially important to us at Samhub, children have the right to be children and should be protected from exploitation and abuse.
Privacy & Integrity
At Samhub we safeguard the integrity and privacy of our employees, clients and our client’s customers. The framework that we apply to this work is the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
We enforce the GDPR through a framework that defines the personal data, how to manage incidents that might occur and how we should continuously work to ensure the individual integrity and right to privacy for any and every Registered that we encounter in our daily business.
We have a Data Protection Officer (DPO) that is responsible for maintaining and controlling this framework. You can always e-mail the DPO at: [email protected].
The DPO also ensures that every employee has received the correct training in regard to the GDPR and that further training is received when needed.
Structure
At Samhub we create a healthy and effective organization by being customer-centric, base our business decisions on facts, creating business processes that are clear and detailed, continuously work with our co-workers satisfaction and engagement as well as always work to improve how we do the things we do and the decisions we make. We are never done, never finished, always looking to improve.
